I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in the How It Works booklet. This is a 12-month agreement that begins on the date the space is available (or on opening day for new stores). Rent is due on the 1st of each month. I authorize Painted Tree to take out the rent payment and applicable fees from the previous month’s sales. If there is a balance, Painted Tree will send an invoice and the credit or debit account I provide will be charged for the balance automatically. Painted Tree reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately for any reason.
